My career goal is to make your life better, whether that be through simple relaxation, pain relief, increased ease of movement, education on the mechanics and function of our amazing bodies, or making the right referrals to attain your health and wellness goals.  

As a physically active individual, my strengths lie in intuitive touch and empathy for what you are feeling. Having over 15 years of full-time experience in massage therapy, I am skilled at recognizing patterns in tension and posture related to common complaints of pain, stiffness and limited mobility. Combining what you tell me, what I see and what I feel, I customize each session to your individual needs.  My approach is an integration of relaxing swedish fundamentals and flow, along with more corrective modalities like deep tissue, myofascial, and both active and passive stretching techniques. I believe that attentiveness and responsiveness to tissue changes, breathing patterns and a client's verbal and non-verbal feedback throughout the session are key to giving a great massage.
